Description	In Juan-les-Pins Loos asked Unger in June 1931 to design alternatives for the Werkebund siedlung houses (208) in Vienna which were designed by Kulka. In fact this became an elaboration of plan 213. The plans were too late to influence the siedlung housing in Vienna. On the other hand, the building committee rejected these late entries anyway because there was no cellar under the whole house and the entrance to the roof was undesired and the worst of all, there were too many walls.
