Description	In Brno Czechoslowakia, Unger designed a three-storey penthouse on a four-floor block of flats. The plan developed during the construction of the apartments. The entrance for the penthouse was in the public hall at the end of the staircase. The elevator should be lengthened up to the penthouse. On the entrance level of the penthouse, as usual in these days, were the service rooms.
