Description	There is a contract between the Boiko family and the architects Kulka and Loos about the fee: it will be 10% if the house will be executed otherwise it will be 5% of the building costs. The construction permit was asked on April 2nd 1930. The house would be financed by public funds. However the whole plan was cancelled when financing failed. According to the drawings the house was situated with its narrow end to the street, so the entrance was directly on the pavement. Kitchen and dining room are on the same level, which means there is no personnel living in the house. We made some interior perspectives to demonstrate the quality of the inner space.
