Description | This house would be situated just across house Tzara, on the corner of Avenue Junot and Rue Simon-Dereure in Paris. The form of the property, a truncated triangle, makes the situation fascinating. Due to the sloping terrain building in terraces is easy to realize. On the ground floor is a garage, too small for a regular car. As Loos was not a motorist you can imagine that has no notion, but maybe it was meant for a motorbike. The entrance is a real piece of art: straight through the basement right into the core of the house. We created the elevations from the floor plans and the sections, hereafter the model and the interior drawings were made which are all hypothetical. |
