Description	Due to the planned entrance ,the building spot must be in a courtyard, with not too high surrounding buildings. The entrance is on the left side of the niche in the middle. The eccentric entrance holds the equilibrium with the symmetrical floor plan. On the garden side there are two columns forming a portico. The second floor, with the sleeping rooms, is, as far as it goes with Loos, organized freely. The ground floor has some similarities with plan 68 (Goldman house).
