Description | After the Chicago Tower Loos used the antic column in houses too. The period of 'Greek Revival' will be ended with house Strosz where two Ionic columns are placed at the garden side. The street facade is symmetrical. The entrance is still a mystery, even when you try to reconstruct it from the inside out. To make this reconstruction we used four floor plans, two elevations and one bad section with measures. The S shaped staircase develops on the inside a new set of axles completely different from the outside. The rigid structure of the outside is denied on the inside. |
