Description	This design concerns the first and second floor of a large city house. Two big atria form the quintessence of this design. One of these voids was planed as a organ space. Later, when a big apartment bloc was planned here (nr 154), this one became the penthouse. The other way is also possible: after this apartment bloc design was abandoned, the penthouse (on street level) was further developed as simple city house.
