| Description | The first design drawings show a four storied house with a floor surface of 9x9 meters. The floor height should be three meters. The description of Rukschcio is only concerned about private house with personnel living as a member of the household. When you look at the drawings it could also contain two houses. The floor plans of Loos only show the left half of a house, while the elevation a suggestion of a studio gives. It is also possible that the plans and sections are mixed up. Some of the sketches show a studio, but it also could be an other house. After all it could be a preliminary design for the Josefine Baker- house. The first and ground floor contain service rooms, while on the second floor bedrooms are planned. On the third floor there is the drawing room with a roof garden.
