Description	Torre Queralt is the second house on doctor Salvador Sansalvador's land. From 1909 onwards work was carried out on what was to become a water plant. The site is traversed by a public road. This second house was built to be let, a simple dwelling without many ornaments or spatial effects; it is fully detached and located higher up on the site, so that the tenant could not flaunt it too much.
